Daekyo Culture Foundation set up the “Eye Level Education Awards” in order to find and let people know about teachers with a passion for teaching who quietly do their jobs.

- 1 copy of recommendation letter per nominee (provided form including a photo)
- 1 copy of contribution essay (up to 5 pages)
- up to 30 pages of evidence documents
