A healthy society is one that is characterized by active academic and educational research and sound discussions to look for alternatives. Daekyo Culture Foundation selects individuals or groups that contribute to the public good or the country’s growth and provide financial support for their academic research or seminars. We also focus on promoting symposiums both domestic and abroad, academic institutes, publishing businesses and cultural activities.

Daekyo Culture Foundation and the Knowledge-based Education R&D Institute (KERI) have jointly been issuing the “Daekyo Children’s Academic Series”, which serves as a valuable window to education theories and the field. The first series, comprising five volumes, was published in 2009 under the title “The World’s Education Field”. It was based on studies on children’s education in the UK, Germany, US, Japan and Russia.
These series are easy to read for the general public. It provides actual help to many parents rather than experts. Each series is published under a different title and contains various studies, information and alternatives.
